This event will be graded, with the A grade course being 104km, and B, C, and D grades 78km.

Seven Armidale cycling club members and families headed to Port Macquarie for the NSW Masters and Criterium Championships which was held 15 kilometres south of Port Macquarie on long and short courses which provided good racing conditions. The first race of the Club Championships was held on Long Swamp Road on Saturday 10 May. The popularity of the course saw a big turnout, with everyone keen to tackle two full laps so they could ride both of the big hills twice.
