Armidale Cycling Club

Congratulations to Armidale riders Sam Jenner and Gil Burgess who have been accepted into the NIAS program for 2010.

Sam has been working hard this year and is improving in leaps and bounds. So far this year he has won interclub criteriums in Tamworth and Armidale (in the U15 division of the Autumn Festival Criterium) and was third in D grade at Inverell.

Gil has also been riding well, winning the U17’s at the Autumn Festival and recording fastest time at the Glen Innes to Inverell cyclo-sportif in February.

Based on these results, acceptance into NIAS is well deserved for both boys.
