Just like to say thanks to all of you that have taken the time to do my survey. If you are still intending to do it when you get a second , please note that an optimised version (clear and easy to follow) is accessed by clicking on the blue link at the top of the first page when you enter the site, once again thanks.

Thanks to those that have given their valuable time to do the survey, to those intending to do it when they get a moment (thanks also) could you please use the (blue) link “optimised version” at the top of the page so you get a clear version (been having a problem with the format), thanks again I would be lost with out you guys.
