- Kirky false starting in the time trial (by at least 10 seconds!)
- Kirky telling Brent to slow down because he was riding too fast in the road race
- Rob Tindale’s famous attack in the closing stages of the crit
- Chris Jones well ahead of Kirky at the finish of the crit
