Please note that the On Duty Instructions have been updated to include an extra item for those rostered to run the Saturday senior club racing. At a point 1.5 hours before the scheduled race start, the person on duty will decide if the weather and road conditions are suitable for racing. If they are not, the person on duty needs to contact Rob Hale who will issue an SMS to all members registered for the SMS service advising that racing has been cancelled. A notice will also be put on Facebook and on the ACC Website home page at this time.
If you don’t receive an SMS then you should assume that racing is on!
