Rob Tindale has scheduled four road races between now and Christmas which you can see on the calendar. Also coming up is a ride to the Walcha Road Pub on 28 November, the Coffs Harbour crit on 6 December, and the Christmas party on 20 December.

We also have a new addition to the calendar page. You will notice a link in bold to download the “absolutely guaranteed to be current version”. This is a printable PDF version of the events you see on the web page.

This is very much a prototype but hopefully it will work OK. If you have any problems let me know and we’ll try and sort it out. The advantage is that additions and changes to the calendar are now made in a single place, which will certainly make Rob’s life easier!

One feature of the calendar page you might not have noticed is that when you click on the event title (in red text) which displays the “when”, “where” and “description” information, the “where” field contains a map link. If you follow this link it will take you to a google map showing the location of the race, as long as we have entered an address which google maps understands.

Obviously this is not so important for local events because most of you know where 2 Dangarsleigh Rd and 150 Longswamp Rd are, but it can be useful if you are going away to a race.
