Lots of people ask me what time the Sunday ride starts. When I am in town and riding I leave from the bike shop at 7am. Anyone who likes to get the ride done early and get home in time for [insert activity here] you are most welcome to join me.

Other people ride later and given how cold it can be first thing that’s understandable. But I am a 7am person.
