Jo Wauch and Col Maciver have claimed more medals this weekend at the National Championships in Goulburn.

In Friday’s time-trial, Jo bagged 2nd in the Womens Masters 22.5K time-trial and Col also took the silver at a pacy average speed of 38.74 in a well-contested field of 28 riders – second only to Alan Spokes from Tamworth. They carried the great form into the Saturday criterium with Jo up there again taking 4th spot and Col 3rd (just behind that man Spokes again).

Jo wrapped up the weekend with a 4th spot just 4s behind the winning rider on Sunday’s 63.6KM road race which looked to be a closely contested affair. Col was yet again up there in the places in his race with a fantastic 3rd spot just 3s off the winning time. Great work and well done to Jo and Col for representing Armidale Cycling Club at national level.
