No! Tour de Warrumbungles! Saturday 16th and Sunday the 17th of April.
From their flyer:
A Mountain Challenge in Spectacular Scenery
Two Days of Action!
It’s a participation ride rather than a race (although I suppose you could treat it like a race). The 105km and 57km rides also include a climb up to Siding Springs Observatory, which looks like the outcome of a bet down the pub that you just lost. It sticks out of the elevation profile like an invasive medical procedure.
Still, if you are tired of riding here and wish to sample what it’s like to ride pancake flat roads that turn skyward ahead of you, taunting you on the horizon for the entirety of your ride, you know where to go.
