The 2019 AGM of Armidale Cycling club will be on Wednesday, October 2nd at 6pm; Armidale Bowling Club (Duval Room).

Agenda is attached – the business of AGM is delivery of annual reports and election of committee members.
Nominations will be accepted at the meeting, or you can submit them prior (email to me or let Mark know). Please consider
supporting your club; we have a very informal structure and organisational culture, but do need some commitment and support
in order to function efficiently.

The AGM will be followed by an ORDINARY MEETING, which sets the directions for the next 12 months, including race program, development etc – everyone’s input into this is needed and welcome. Please let me or Mark know of any AGENDA items for that part of the meeting.
