Apologies for the late posting of these results – and thanks to Wilf for providing them and the write-up.

The final TT for the year attracted 12 entries, keen to show off their new and fancy purchases ahead of the 2015 Australian Masters Road Nationals this coming weekend.  A lot of fancy carbonware was unloaded, groomed and admired. A brief discussion whether ACC rules allowed such modified machines was resolved in the affirmative and Rob T and Alex W were sternly admonished to ‘get a real TT bike for next time’.

Billy Mara, ably assisted by Wilfried, set the course at 15k, rather than the advertised 20k, making it a straight out-and-back course with about 150m of climbing. After a brief shower, the race got underway in cool, windy conditions.

After about 1//2 hour, the riders came back and we assumed they tried hard and had a good race.

Many thanks Billy and Wilf for running the race and putting the signs out and the very best of luck to all six Armidale Cycling Club heroes who are competing at the Australian Masters on the Tweed Coast starting tomorrow (Friday 25th).
