Last night in Melbourne, Armidale’s Mitch Bullen won the 118th edition of the prestigious Austral Wheelrace at the Hinsense Arena in Melbourne. The race, run over 2,000 metres, is the oldest track race in the world and Australia’s most prestigious track cycling event. Hopefully we’ll catch up with Mitch over the holidays and hear more about this amazing achievement first-hand.  Until then, from everyone at Armidale Cycling Club, Well done Mitch!
