He won’t be here to defend his title, but 2017 Hutchinson & Harlow Invergowrie Road Race winner Ben Livings wishes he was. Last year was the first time in a long time we raced on this 72km circuit and it was a huge success with over 40 riders competing in this regional interclub handicap race.
